Sales Engineer

Indigo Energy’s mission is to develop, build, and operate high-quality solar projects. Based in Myanmar from 2012, Indigo Energy has evolved over time. The first phase was focused on rural electrification, the second phase on commercial and industrial (C&I) rooftop solar, and the most recent (i.e. Indigo Energy 3.0) on outsourced engineering services around solar.

Indigo Energy is seeking a sales engineer to assist with selling solar projects in Myanmar and potentially overseas. We are looking for a candidate with some sales experience and good problem solving skills.

Job Description

  • Cold-call clients to collect data and arrange meetings

  • Follow up with email and phone calls to clients

  • Close deals with clients

  • Prepare presentations and marketing material that can be used through different platforms e.g. email and social media

  • Make financial calculations and prepare proposals
